Past Simple

 A1 Elemental  Past Simple I learn ed it  The Past Simple tense is used to talk about things that happened or existed before now. With nost verbs, the past tense is formed by adding - ed: I work ed there He help ed me We use didn't (did not) to make negatives with the past simple: He didn't help me  We use did tom ake questions with the past simple: Did he help me ? But there are a lot of irregular past tense forms in English. There verbs have no rules. Future Simple

 A1 Elemental Future Simple I will read this  The Future Simple tense is often called the will tense because we make the Future Simple with the modal auxiliary will . The structure of the Future Simple tense is : subject + auxuliary will + main verb Ejemplo I will learn English  He will go to the cinema For negative sentences in the Future Simple tnses, we insert not between will and main verb : I will not learn English For question sentences, we exchange the sibject and will: Will you leatn English? Present Simple

A1 Elemental  Present Simple I read books   We need to use the Present Simple a lot in English, so it is really important to understand it well.  Present Simple is very simple. Only in the 3rd Person Simgular (he/she/it) er addd an -s. Ejemplo I love you He love s her  I see you She see s them For the negative form we add  donpt or doesn't (for 3rd person singular): She doesn't love him I don't see you You don't know me  For the questions we use Do or Does ( for 3rd person singular): Where do you work? Do you love her? Does he speak Russian?

Plural nouns ( s -es)

 A1-Elemental  Plural nouns a book- two books For most words, the plural is formed by adding -s at the end;  a car - car s a cake- cake s a dog- dog s 1. Id the singlular noun ends in -s ,-ss , -sh - ch , -x, or -z , add - es to the end to make it plural;   a box - box es  a watch - watch es   a dress - dress es   2.   A1-Elemental  Articles Articles are words that define a noun as specific or unspercific . There are two articles in English: a(an) - unspecific the - specific Ejemplo I want the apple I want (this) apple I want an apple I ant (one, ony) apple The - comes from the word " this ". a (an) - comes from the word " one 1 " When is "a" and when is "an"? its simple, if the word (noun) begins with a vowel( a,e,o etc) , the we use an , if a consonant ( b, c , etc) we use a . Ejemplo  a car  a table a chair  an elephant an orange we don't use articles when we use : 1- numeral-(2) two carts  2- possessive pronoun- my cat  3- demonstrative pronouns this , that - car/that cat 4- negative particle NO- I have no cat
